Struggling to finish some things that shouldn’t be an issue, sick, no time for the health center, stressed over emails, stressed over school, stressed over the term ending in two weeks, stressed over not being where I want to be, stressed over the constant feeling of being behind, so ready for this term to be over.

My night ended up a lot different than I expected. If my plans hadn’t fallen through, I would’ve missed walking home in the wind though, so I don’t mind. I have a lot of work to do that I have no motivation to start. I wish I had a cat. I wish I had a gallon of ice cream. I wish I could see the stars every night. I wish it was Spring. I wish it was green. I wish I had ten dogs....

I haven’t been here long, but my Dad had two of the largest avocados i’ve ever seen, freshly picked from his tree waiting for me. Also the are freshly picked oranges and bananas. It is warm enough to swim, and I think that’s how I’m going to start my day. Florida is like a small slice of heaven.
